XDT Signs Memorandum of Agreement with PAREF Rosehill School and N.E.W. PHILS

Last March 4, 2026, a significant milestone took place — the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between XDT AND COMPANY INC. and PAREF Rosehill School, alongside a separate Memorandum of Agreement with N.E.W. PHILS.

The MOA with PAREF Rosehill School formalizes the Work Immersion Partnership for School Year 2025–2026, providing Senior High School students with structured workplace exposure at XDT. Through this program, selected students will undergo supervised immersion designed to strengthen professional competencies, leadership skills, and real-world business understanding.

Meanwhile, the MOA with N.E.W. PHILS establishes a strategic collaboration focused on women empowerment, leadership development, and mentorship initiatives. This partnership reinforces a shared commitment to creating platforms where women and young leaders can grow, connect, and thrive.

Through these agreements, XDT aims to:
