XDT Hong Kong 2026: Calibrating for Greater Growth

From August 21–23, 2026, selected XDT associates from different departments, together with Prof. XY and Coach Aiet, embarked on a meaningful journey to Hong Kong for the XDT Calibration Program.

As part of XDT’s larger strategy to make significant organizational leaps, the program brought together leaders and associates to strengthen alignment, exchange perspectives, and prepare for the company’s next phase of growth.

With the travel arrangements and itinerary coordinated by Flight Travel Express (FTX), the team enjoyed a memorable Hong Kong experience filled with opportunities to explore new surroundings, discover the city’s vibrant attractions, and create lasting memories together. XDT extends its appreciation to FTX for helping make the journey organized and seamless, allowing the associates to focus on the program and the experiences they shared.

Beyond the calibration sessions, the trip provided an opportunity to strengthen relationships beyond the workplace. Through shared adventures, meaningful conversations, and time spent together, the associates fostered stronger camaraderie and a deeper sense of connection across departments.

Guided by Prof. XY and Coach Aiet, the initiative reinforced the importance of leadership, collaboration, initiative, and malasakit in building a stronger and more unified organization.

More than just a trip, the Hong Kong Calibration Program reflected XDT’s commitment to investing in its people. It was an opportunity to gain new perspectives, embrace growth, and strengthen the shared vision that moves the organization forward.
