On May 29, 2026, AFP Mutual Benefit Association Inc. (AFPMBAI) successfully held its Real Estate Forum 2026 – Mindanao Area at the Dusit Thani Residence Davao. The event gathered members of various uniformed services to learn more about real estate investments, property ownership, and financial planning.

One of the featured speakers was Professor Xylexferene de la Torre of XDT and Company Inc., who shared practical insights on buying and selling properties, property acquisition, and the benefits of investing in real estate. He emphasized how proper planning and informed decision-making can help individuals achieve long-term financial security.

Joining Prof. de la Torre were Atty. Cyd and Atty. Sese, who discussed important legal matters related to property ownership, estate planning, and real estate transactions.

The forum was attended by personnel from the Philippine Army, Philippine Coast Guard, Philippine Air Force, Philippine National Police, Bureau of Fire Protection, jail personnel, and many other men and women in service.

A highlight of the event was the live question-and-answer session, where participants were able to ask questions directly to the speakers. This interactive discussion gave attendees a better understanding of real estate investments, legal considerations, and property ownership.
