Holy Trinity University Students Gain Industry Insights Through Immersion at XDT & Company, Inc.

On May 29, 2026, XDT & Company, Inc. welcomed students and faculty members from Holy Trinity University for an immersive learning experience that provided firsthand exposure to the professional workplace and the company’s diverse business operations.

The program began with welcoming remarks and an introduction to XDT & Company, Inc., where participants learned about the company’s mission, services, and role in helping businesses succeed. Students were then given a guided company tour, allowing them to observe the workplace environment, interact with associates, and gain a deeper understanding of the processes that drive the organization’s success.

Representatives from various departments, including Business Unit 3&4, SPG, Comben, and FTX/AA, shared valuable insights into their respective fields. Through engaging presentations and discussions, students were introduced to real-world business practices, career opportunities, and the importance of collaboration and innovation in the workplace.

The immersion program left a positive and lasting impression on many participants. Students appreciated the practical knowledge shared by the speakers, noting that the presentations went beyond theory by providing actual examples and insights from day-to-day operations. Several participants highlighted how the experience helped them better understand how businesses operate, manage finances, and support clients through professional services.

Beyond the learning sessions, students also commended the warm and welcoming environment fostered by the XDT team. Many described the associates as friendly, accommodating, and approachable, making it easy for them to ask questions and engage in meaningful conversations throughout the visit.

One student shared that the experience was “fun and insightful” because it provided a glimpse into actual industry practices rather than just classroom concepts. Another participant expressed newfound motivation to pursue their studies, saying that seeing the employees and workplace culture inspired them to work toward a stable and fulfilling career in the future.

The event concluded with a photo opportunity, commemorating a successful day of learning, engagement, and collaboration between Holy Trinity University and XDT & Company, Inc.
