XDT & Company Inc. proudly celebrates a remarkable achievement as two of its dedicated associates successfully earned their Certified Compliance Officer (CCO) certification.

Ella Mae Manzon, Senior Tax Associate from Business Unit 3, and Clarisse Alarcon, Tax Associate from the Special Project Group, have demonstrated outstanding commitment to professional growth and excellence through this milestone.

The Certified Compliance Officer designation represents a strong foundation in regulatory compliance, risk management, and ethical standards—key elements in today’s increasingly complex business environment. This eleven-session certification course is designed to equip compliance officers with the necessary knowledge and skills to cope with and succeed in addressing the increasingly stringent regulatory environment faced by organizations today.
